Searching for details on William Shepherd b. abt. 1816 in Kendal, Westmorland, England.  He had a daughter named Nancy b. abt. 1853.  Would like to know his wife's name and the names of his siblings and other children. TIA.

FreeBMD has two Nancys born Kendal
a) Sept Q 1851 Vol 25 Page 536 and 
b) June Q 1853 Vol 10b Page ref rather strange 35/11.  The image looks more like 311.

My bad!  Under the Lancashire section, Kendal is listed and I did not realize there is a separate heading for Westmorland. Thanks for pointing it out.

I also have a query about the Shepherd Family of Kendal, Westmorland.
It's about an indenture of land sale written in 1725 between William Shepherd of Kendall and Robert Dawson of Sunderland, with seals of William and Hannah Shepherd.
I can find a marriage between a William and a Hannah on 18 April 1723 in Kendal, which could be a match, but from there the trail goes cold.
I'm just wondering if someone is interested in seeing the indenture of their ancestor but I can't find anyone
