Hi can anyone help out trying to find out who my great grand faters parents and grand parents.  James moorhouse married Mary Jackson  Does anyone know the Moorhouse from Carlow Rathvilly looking for James Moorhouse married in 1854 also info on his Parents and grand paretns

i am researching moorhouses in wicklow,i came across a death cert for a james moorhouse who died in 1877.he was married,53 farmer from knocklishen co carlow,any help to you?

Hi Yes he would have been my great grand father.  My grand father was John Moorhouse from Knockleshin.  James father would have been Thomas MOORHOUSE I HAVE.  A marriage cert for 1854 for James Moorhouse if its help full i could email it to you

 yes i might need it,i am reserching the moorhouses in wicklow,coolnarrig,i have read a marriage cert of thomas moorhouse from coolnarrig co wicklow to a frances agar from bolinfoyle co carlow in 1872.i think there is a connection between the moorhouses in coolnarrig and the moorhouses inknocklishen,thomas moorhouses father is c. moorhouse, charles? and frances father is joe agar.they were married in donoughmore co wicklow.dont know these places,i am looking for information on joe agar bolinfoyle co carlow and charles moorhouse born approx 1820-30.thank you for your time,tom

death cert for mary moorhouse,1915,widow,aged 98,died of old age,died 14 march 1915 at knocklishen,might be of help,tom

thanks for that.i think that there was two families of moorhouses that lived near each other and were both related,trying to find out who is who.tom
