Search labs at http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html has a birth and baptism for a John PLATER in 1790 in Stepney.

They also have a baptism for an Elizabeth Sarah HARVEY, also in 1790, but at St Olave, Southwark, which is the Church John and Elizabeth were married at.

Worth following up

St Olave Bermondsey Baptism
1790 Dec 19, Elizabeth Sarah, d/o Wm & Eloner HARVEY, Hair dresser, born Nov 24th.

This is probably the right Elizabeth Sarah as William HARVEY married Elinor MASCALL at St Botolph Bishopgate on 4 Apr 1779
