St Marys Whitechapel, St Leonards Shoreditch, St Boltophs Bishopsgate were the only other churches in the East End at that time apart from St Dunstans. Huguenot chapels began operating there a little after this in 1680's, then as the population began to rapidly increase, several new churches, and parishes, created out of Stepney, were built in the early to mid 1700's (i.e Spitalfields, Bethnal Green, St George in East, Limehouse etc), but time frame your looking at would be just those three. St Marys Whitechapel was closest. Bare in mind the City itself is not far, and there were lots of churches operating there.
