McLaughlins in Westmeath

This is my first attempt on this site so I hope I'm doing it right. I am looking for the McLaughlin family who had a daughter Catherine born about 1845. Catherine emigrated to Australia where she married and died in 1920. The only parent known was her mother's surname of Kelly. Any help would be much appreciated.  :)

Unfortunately Catherine was born before the start of full Civil Registration in 1864, so you need a bit more detail to research her baptism.
