Please can anyone provide any information on this family.  In particular what was Elizabeth"s maiden name, where the family may have married  & any more children

Baptism George Knight 1812 Eaton, Notts  seen on IGI C044541 baptism for George 22nd November 1812.
I have George on all the censuses  from 1841 to his death 1904.

There are a few more baptisms at Eaton to a John Knight, but wife named Ann not Elizabeth.  They are either side of the baptism for George so can't be a second marriage.  Also there is this marriage

It might be worth checking the original PR's & BT's  to see if the entry for George is a mistake.
