Sir Thomas Boor Crosby is buried at Kensal Green Cemetery, grave location 15327/74/3. Please contact the General Cemetery Company (who own the cemetery), quote this reference and they may be able to tell you if any other family members are also buried there.
In my experience initial queries are free but the Company may charge for more lengthy searches.
If you can visit the cemetery the office can provide a location map of the grave.
