hi ,  culd anyone sharpen this one up please,it,s my grt grandad /mum,it,s the same photo as before but a bit more of it.

no sorry about that but it would,nt let me said it was to large,i re scaned to 3.5 to be smaller but no luck,i will have to look to see how to rezise.
