Just found a marriage registration

William Cook  1840  Jul-Aug-Sep  Westminster St Margaret  Vol 1 Page 398

on the same page
Elizabeth Hazzard & Elizabeth Pittman

Westminster St John would register in Westminster St Margaret

There are registrations in Westminster St Margaret for

Clara Edinge 1838   &  Clara Edmonds 1842  but no William, let alone William Cook, to match

Not sure whether this helps or just adds to the confusion   :D :D

Hi all, I have been looking at all you have found for me.  It seems strange about the Vine St Greengrocer in 1861, and who is Clara?  This must be the same family, will order a marriage certificate for William & Elizabeth, will do a bit more research and hopefully pick the right one.
Thank you ALL for your help.
2mm :) :)
ps Iam SURE now it is Elizabeth Hazard, the puzzle fits together, cert, should be icing on the cake.  ;D

Glad we could help.  Clara might just be a mis-transcription, like so many others.
