Rathdrum in only a registry office I only learn that recently and a child could be registered there no matter where they were born at that time

Rathdrum is a Superintendent Registrar's District and includes the Registration Districts of Baltinglass, Naas, Rathdown, Rathdrum and Shillelagh.

If you have your mother's birth record, what does it say on the record for her actual place of birth? (street/town/townland)

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1910/05429/4517693.pdf (of 10 Henrietta St.)
The address 10 Henrietta Street is a bit puzzling as the Sisters of Charity Home was at numbers 8,9,10 (according to a newspaper article in 1914).

I also found this birth for a Mary Catherine McAleer on 28 Apr.1899 at Barrack St., Strabane with parents John McAleer, labourer, and Mary McLaughlin-

This child is likely unconnected. An Owen McAleer lived in Barrack St. before and after this birth (Owen is another form of John).

Baptisms of children of John McAleer & Sarah Kerr (transcribed but dates will make it easier to find in online parish register)-

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

The FS tree I mentioned earlier in reply #15-
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/96QJ-RPP

Shows daughter Margaret born 1854 (11 years before parents married), died 1901 Glasgow, married 1891 to Michael Dolan but having children in Philadelphia 1877-1898 …
There was a daughter Margaret, also known as Maggie, born in 1866 who married 1891 to Michael Dolan and had, as far as I can find, 3 children.
Note: FS tree has combined children of Michael Dolan & 1st wife, Michael Dolan & Margaret McAleer and a Michael Dolan & Margaret Gallagher of Philadelphia  ::)

Margaret McAleer (6 Nov.1866), daughter of John McAleer & Sarah Kerr, m.(15 Aug.1891 Glenock, Gortin) Michael Dolan
