Hi I have also been trying to trace a relative who may have gone to patagonia after leaving his wife and children in Amlwch about 1913 I have found his name on ships passenger lists but no proof it is the right person as there is not much free info in argentina after 1910 all I know is that a parcel was sent back to Amlwch from patagonia each year to the person who was looking after the children as his wife died in 1915 age 36 his name was John Parry born 1876/77 his 3 children were born in Amlwch [he was born in Llanidloes]was living in Amlwch 1901 [pentrefelin] and working as a journeyman baker married 1903 I have been trying to find him for about 2 years .It was also said he went to New Zealand but have hit many false trails there also.I have info on a williams family that went to patagonia but dont think they came from Holyhead they returned to Amlwch and the daughter married one of my wifes relations who owned the Kings Head inn  In Amlwch good luck with your search ---regards from Chris
