There's an Alexander McCook with those parents, birthdate c.1875
in  http://libindx.moray.gov.uk/mainmenu.asp

Possible suspect?

Just to help anyone with searches on Alexander. From a number of previous posts on the family, Ann already has the birth details for Alexander, his parents' details and has found him on censuses up to 1891....it's what happened to him after this census that is unknown.
