Osborne 2003 death Middlesex - parents names?

Is is possible to get some information on someone who has passed away fairly recently?

I am trying to locate the name of my husbands father, Michael Christopher Osborne b.1938 (location unknown) and d. 2003 possibly in Middlesex.

Unfortunately, his dad was never a part of my husbands life, and all we know is his name and that he lived in Southampton, Hampshire for a time, where my husband was born. We also think he (Michael) had a brother named Patrick Osborne.

Now that we have 2 small kids of our own, we would like to try to fill in this enormous blank in his life.

Any help is much appreciated.
