My GGGrandad John Peppard/Pepper (1838 - 1926) and his wife Harriet Sophia Jones (1843 - 1925) both lived in Hackettstown, Holdenstown and Baltinglass during their lifetime. Married Harriet , age 21 years on 28 Jan 1864 (as Pepper son of John Pepper). He was listed as a labourer, , aged 24, living at Garretstown, Parish of Rahill, Rathvilly, Co Carlow, which is approx 10 kms from Holdenstown where Harriette lived. . His mother was Elizabeth Sharp from the same area.
I am trying to find out any info that anyone might have on these families.
