Preston 1871 - help find mother please - sussex

I am trying to find my husband's grandmother's mother.
In the 1881 census she is living in Preston - entry reads

James Simmons 40 b Deptford Kent - Storekeeper
Mary Ellen Simmons 25 b Preston - cotton weaver
Elizth Simmons 11 b Preston - cotton weaver
Inlaws
Mary & Joseph Larkin

They were living at 96 Murray Street Preston

James married Mary Ellen Larkin in Preston in 1874 but I cannot find any details of Elizabeth's birth or her mother's death.

Is the 1871 census of Preston available and could anyone kindly do a lookup for me to see if there are any details of Elizabeth's mother?

I Cannot find any evidence for James from Kent  in Lancs at 1871, nor any james simons/simmins/simmonds either.

In 1861 in Greenwich West (next door to Deptford are this mob:)

Thank you so much! I really think the 1861 Simmons could be mine - the mother being Elizabeth makes it look really promising. I will certainly follow through. How did you get this info and is it possible to get a copy of the census page?
Interesting that the Larkins are called Lakin in the census, I only got the connection with the family when I was given an old Mass prayer card that had belonged to Elizabeth. I would love to find Elizabeth in 1871 - no doubt I will when the time is right.
I did send for her birth cert and her birth mother's name was given as Mary Golding but that is all I have - no idea where she was born or married James.

ps - on re reading this have just realised that as James was in the army (family legend has it that someone in the family served in India perhaps this is where he was in 1871 but does not explain where is Elizabeth is.
Is it possible for you (big ask sorry!) to search the 1861 for Mary Golding in the Deptford area as they may have married before moving to Preston?
