Very very well done. But do you mind a little suggestion? Perhaps a little shading is needed under the lip down to the chin (as per the original photo) and the bottom left side of his mouth I think needs a little attention. Everything else is perfect!

I know nothing about photo restoring so forgive me if I get it wrong  :-\

The subject looks fantastic but for me the background is a little flat. Can you add some texture or shadows?

Thank you all for the feedback. Yes it is very addictive and I have a lot to learn. I agree with your comment about the mouth needing improvement Ruskie but maintaing the facial features is the most difficult part of restoration for me. I can also see that the background as pointed out  by DeniseJo could be improved and hopefully I will learn how to change backgrounds eventually. OH there is so much to learn.
Thanks to all

G'Day Brennan
Excellent work. Continuing pratice, (now that you'r hooked), will allow speedier completion of projects and I'm sure, given the results you have achieved already, many hours of personal satisfaction lie ahead.
