Hi there,
I can't help you as to whether or not the Church still exists in Abergele.
However, the phrase "Full Age" indicates that the person has reached the age of majority/adulthood,which, in your grandmothers case, would have been 21years.
If your grandparents married in the Congregational Church then I assume they were Congregationalists. This was one of the non-conformist Christian faiths.
I believe that the Congregational Church of England and Wales amalgamated with the Presbyterian Church of England and became the United Reform Church.
The following site may be of assistance to you:

Good luck in your research.

Hello Valerie,
I am fairly sure that the church still exists in Abergele, as 'Christ Church'. It is a small church in Water Street, opposite the Castle Inn and on the opposte side of the road to the Catholic Church.
I will be in Abergele tomorrow and I will check it out. Do you need a contact numbers etc?

Regards Eldon.

Hello Varerie,
The Church is  Welsh Congregational.
It is called 'Eglwys Crist' welsh for Christ Church.
The Minister is Ivor ap Gwilym and I was told that his address is 'Llys Teifi', Dundonald Avenue, Abergele.
The board just had his name. There was no address or telephone number
The Church is situated in Castle Square which is just off Water Street.
Good luck..Regards Eldon.

Of full age means - 21 years or older therefore parents or Court consent was not required.

Congregational Church - Protestant religion - I had ancestors who were Scots Presbyterians who became members of the Congregational Church when they moved from Scotland to Lancashire and others who were also Presbyterians who moved from Cumberland to Lancashire, and thereafter were recorded as members of the Congregational Church.
