If you wish to know more about a Kathleen Milburn who married in 1924, and that marriage is the only lead you have on her, you have every reason to purchase the cert. It will give you a fathers name and occupation for her, and start you on your search to see if she is the same one as the one you describe.

No one will just 'know' if she is the same one!

If yuo know that William Milburn had a dtr Kathleen and you are wanting to find what happened to her, another avenue you could pursue is to see if William left a Will, and if so if it mentions his daughter with a married name.

agree with all of this
you save costs in many cases where there are heirs and we find a lot by sharing
in the milburn case there are 9 children including my g/f joseph
if we go to the ford side there are again 9 children and that is for only that gen
so there are many clues but follow first the easy ones
