1891-1901 Census look ups please.

 Would some kind person please look up for me on the 1891 & 1901 Census

 for Mary Jane Lowe b 1872 Eccles Barton on Irwell. She was last found on

the 1881 Census for Eccles Barton on Irwell but seems to disapear on the

 1891 census.   Would some kind person look up her for me on the 1891 &

 1901 Census for anywhere in Lancashire to find her

I did a check for a Marriage for 'Mary Jane Lowe, C1881-1891, Lancashire' on FreeBDM & found this one:

June Qtr 1883

LOWE Mary Jane married ROBINSON William Thomas (ref: Barton On Irwell 8c 687)

This could be Your Mary Jane?

On the 1881 census, Mary Jane (aged 9) is living with her grandmother Bridget and her aunt, also called Mary Jane (aged 23) - it must be the older Mary Jane who married William Thomas Robinson, as her age and birthplace match on the 1891 census.

Do you know the names of Mary Jane's parents?  If her mother remarried, she might be listed with her step-father's surname - I can't spot her on census at the moment.

  Hi Rambler and Pegasus

The Mary Jane you have found was her mother. She married William Thomas Robinson.

 Mary Jane Lowe  was born illigitimate before

 her mother married W T Robinson. He was not her father but her step father

So she may have taken her own fathers name.   She disapears after 1881

 census
