im looking for john maddocks dob 1818 he was a gardener in malpas cheshire need to know where he was born anyone with any info thank you

Could this be your man? You'll need to explore the site to work out the meanings of the abbreviations, but it looks to me like the place of baptism could be Neston. Also, I'm fairly certain the date of the baptism was 20th August 1819.

Even if this isn't your man, it's well worth exploring this website.
