Mary C Edwards died Slough 1992
« on: Saturday 23 October 10 12:29 BST (UK) »
Seeking information on Mary Charlotte Edwards (nee Morris) died 1992 at Slough.  Are there any cousins out there?

I am descended from her uncle, David Bennet Crawford, and correspond with our cousins descended from one of Mary's other uncles, William Robert Crawford.  William and his wife Mabel (nee Jacobs) died in the influenza pandemic in1922, before Mary was born.  Their 2 y o son, William Charles was left an orphan and it is thought he was raised by his mother's family.

William Charles Crawford died in1983 and his family and mine would like to contact any descendants of Mary Edwards, hoping there may be some old photos of William Charles as a young boy.

Of course it's quite possible that as his parents died when he was so young, the families lost touch. Ever hopeful however!

Jo

Thanks for your reply, Jeuel.  Yes, I will contact local paper  --- just trying to work on too many fronts at once, and not seeing the obvious!
