Bell family of Aylesbury?

My Bell family is mostly based in London, but on the  1871 Census there is a Charles Bell staying with them a cousin born in Aylesbury (aged 27) And another cousin Jessica B. Bell also born in Aylesbury unmarried (aged 40) both of these cousins appear to be living in Germany and just visiting.

In the 1861 Census the family have a Governess "Tebeca Bessil Lemaire also from Aylesbury.
I wondered if anyone else had a Bell and Aylesbury connection?
