can anyone help i am looking for james davies on the 1861 census he was born about 1856 at stoddeston it is in the cleobury mortimor area,
i have found a john davies at walkerslow stoddeston on the 1851,
( james says his father was john davies).
but on the 1851 it is spelt daves could this be another spelling or am i on the wrong track again, any advice appreciated.
