Margaret COX 1825 Mullingar

I am looking for any information on Margaret COX.
She was born c. 1825 in Mullingar. Parents names unknown

She married an Englishmen George SCRIMSHAW in Leinster Province, Meath in c. 1844.

He was a soldier and was posted in Ireland in 1842 then married in 1844, aged 19. After only a year or so of married life they went to New Zealand to live.
