The Irish Times website has maps of RC parishes, and also details of where various records are available and dates that are covered.  see : Monaghan RC Parishes

Records for Muckno parish go back to 1835. This parish includes the town of Castleblayney.

I am researching an Annie Louisa GRANT day of Bernard GRANT & Eliza PRINGLE.  Have seen your notes and think I have found their marriage in Scotland.  It is in the LDS Family Search.

  Spouse:  BARRNY GRANT  Family
Marriage:  12 JAN 1852   Hawick, Roxburgh, Scotland
Batch No.:   M117897

Hi again Marie.
Have been into Scotlands People and saved the marriage for Elizabeth PRINGLE to Barnny GRANT 1852,  then did a childrens search and found a result with the parents as Bernard GRANT and Elizabeth (Eliza) PRINGLE,  these are in the Catholic marriages.
