In 1930 Washington, Washington, District of Columbia.

Robert R Allan 44 Clerk Ordinance. Navy-yard
Lucile Allan 34 Stenographer
Sarah Loveless 63 Mother-In-Law. Born Virginia

Last Residence: 33134  Miami, Miami-Dade, Florida.
SSN was issued in Florida (1962)

David Telfer Allan 1875 - son of david and Isabella. I can't see any reference to him being married. The 1930 Census for Peru, LaSalle, Illinois shows him as a hospital janitor and single.

Cook County Death Record shows a David T Allan - Died 21 Jan 1949 Cook County, Illinois. So I think that is possible him.
