Frederick Carson - farmer
« on: Tuesday 02 November 10 14:27 GMT (UK) »
Frederick Carson was a farmer in Cavan - he had daughters Maria (b1840) and Martha (b1845) - both Maria and Martha moved to Manchester some time before 1866. The family were most probably Catholic.

I know very little about Cavan records for this time and have no more specific information on where in Cavan they lived.

I'd be grateful for any advice of where I could get started.

Many thanks
Mike

Why don't you give griffiths valuation ago, even if they left before it was taken they may have family eg brothers still living back home

Kind regards Jane

I always look at family names for instance Mary was alway recorded as Maria, bearing this in mind I found a Mary Ann Carson living in Urney, Co Cavan here is the link.
