looking for harrisons and leonards in macclesfield
« on: Tuesday 02 November 10 19:37 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for any surviving Harrison or Leonard families in Macclesfield who are related to my family.

The Leonard family in the 1911 census shows May 1903 my grandmother, she is 8yrs old and living at 13 Knight St, Macc, with father Alf, 1857,mum Sarah,1859, (nee Plant) and siblings, Fred,1891,Robert,1894, Hannah 1889 also William 1900.

The Harrisons I have found in the 1901 census, at 253 Hordsfield Road, Macclesfield, Eli 40, Annie E 34, Emma 4, Annie 3, Eli 2 and my grandfather Andrew 10 months.

I would love to hear from anyone who knows of any whereabouts of any of the family - we lost touch with them, especially the Harrison side, as grandad was thought to have had shell shock and was admitted to Parkside Asylum - where he died in 1951.

Look forward to hearing from anyone

Regards
