What year is it from- might be easier if we had a bit more to compare enumerators style of handwriting.

I'll look it up if I knew when it was. ;D

I'd say just as JillJ. 

Second one is 'Elizth'- looks like Ruth at first sight but the letter before the 'th' is definitely a 'z'.

The same name is at the top of your list, a short form of Elizabeth.
Its a bit clearer there.
