The Edinburgh Magazine Vol 20 (1802) has the following marriage announcement:

Nov.2 At London, Mr Crawford Mollison, of Gloucester Street,
to Miss Fullarton, daughter of Alexander Fullarton, Esq. of Jamaica

A Google Books search for ' "Alexander Fullarton" jamaica ' returned that as the fifth hit. Probably worth doing further web searches.

Thank you Bill for your prompt response to my query.  This has confirmed which Alexander Fullarton was Elizabeth Fullarton's  Father (there are another 3/4 Fullartons in a list I have), which at least narrows the search down somewhat.
I have tried the method you suggested, but at the moment only your response to my query comes up on Google Books. so will have to keep trying.
I am hoping to trace 'who' Elizabeth's Mother was, so any other idea's would be greatly appreciated.  Anna :)

That marriage took place in London, by licence, at St George the Martyr, Queen Square.

Miss Fullarton's home parish was Tooting Graveney in Surrey

Witnesses are difficult to read. I think they are Saml Burrows and Jas Robins

Thank you Shaun for all the information.  Last things first, yes I did have a subscription
to the Jamaican Family Search in the Spring, but I only had a few details, such as name,
however thanks to yourself and Bill I have more to go on now - such as estate and the
area he represented in the Assembly.
Whilst I had details of the Wedding, I was not aware of the Papers that you have both kindly mentioned and I have had a quick look at those (busy making marmalade).  I think
the Fullrton mentioned as being a Doctor was not Elizabeth's Father.  I do know that
the Family Elizabeth married into came from a line of Doctors of both the Church and Medical kind.
As mentioned in my response to Bill,  I would like to find Elizabeth's Mother so any idea's would be greatly appreciated.Anna  :)
