trying to find more on my grandfather

still trying to find more on my grandfather -william duffy royal dublin fusiliers-num-9352,he signed up on 8th august 1914 first posted to france febuary 2nd 1915 were he was till may 1915, he then is posted to either medina or the med in october 1915? cant make out what it says on discarge papers,he was discharged 1916 8th of august and awarded the s.w.b in 1917,stil cant find out his battalion and were he was betwen may and october 1915,was his battalion wiped out,and was he in medina r the med? any help would be great,,,,,,thanks ...................dave

I cannot find him. Can you say if you mean Service Records or a Pension file? Plus his year of birth. Or even better would be to post the link to the Ancestry page or give the page number.

his date of birth was march 1890 dublin,william joseph duffy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i have his pension book and discharge papers but no were does it say which battalion he was with,,,,,,,,,,,,, dave
