WESTINGTON/SCUTT of Changford

I wonder if anyone can help with the parents of Andrew Westington and Mary Scutt who were married in Changford in 1804?

I'm assuming that you mean Chagford? If so, the baptism records are online via the IGI and 2 are shown for a Mary SCUTT - one in 1777 and one in 1778 - hopefully the names of her children are reflected by one set of parents' names.
An Andrew WESTINGTON was baptised at nearby North Bovey (3 miles away) in 1769 - might be a possibility. I would suggest obtaining a photocopy of the marriage entry from 1804 - it may well give Andrew's parish of origin.

Hi Lesley29, the names of the children are not helpful either - Andrew Westington b:1770 Aug 13 Milton Abbot, Devon - children:Elizabeth Westingdon b:1804 May 22 North Bovey, Devon - d:1805 Feb 01 North Bovey, Devon, Andrew Westingdon b:1805 Dec 23 - North Bovey, Devon - d:1885 Sep, William Westingdon b:1807 Dec 03 Chagford, Devon, William Westingdon b:1809 Jul 11 Chagford, Devon, John Westingdon b:1813 Jul 16 Chagford, Devon & Mary Westingdon b:1823 Drewsteignton, Devon.
