This 1841 census would fit with the above christening you found with parents Charles and Rebecca

H0107 Piece 750 Folio 26 Page 18
Ebbw Vale Iron works ,Bedwellty
Rebecca Golding,45,widow(widow is then crossed out)No
MartHa Golding,15.Y
Ruth Golding,13,Y
Jno Golding,11,

Rebecca not born in Monmouthshire and remember adults ages are rounded down in the 1841.
Next step would be to send for marriage cert of John and Gladice to confirm details

Hiya Both,That looks likely to be the right one age slighty out but the censuses often are,on the Pilot Search one of Charles and Rebeccas children Anns christenings has Rebeccas maiden name as Head and christening below is the right name and birthplace and matches birtplace in census. So looks promising

Rebecca Head
17th March 1793 Bitton Gloucester
Father-David Head
Mother-Mary

Thank you so much for your help. I think that I might have stumbled upon yet a different one! I found a John Goulding and Gladys Goulding married in 1848 in Shirowy, Monmouthshire. John was born 9/Jul/1821 in Shirowy to John Goulding and Rosanna Bray. States Gladys birth cal(?) 1825 in Shirowy. John's father John Goulding was born 7/Sept/1798 in Westerleigh Gloucestershire and Rosanna Bray in 1795 in Worcestershire. Again- I am not familiar with these areas as I am from the States. Do you think that this could be feasible? Again- many thanks for all of your help. Susan
