1820 Merioneth Document currently on Ebay

On ebay auction at time of posting. A very quick search on Rootschat hasn't thrown up any rootschatters with particular interests in this, but seems a shame to let it slide back into obscurity without mention!

1820  Document some sort of tenancy agreement  between a Robert Jones of Doligynhas (??) Bettws and Hugh Jones of Tyn Ddol Llanfwr Merionethshire.  Also mention of properties/land Hendre Bach and Pantry-Maen  (??)
