Hi i have a john owens 59 on the 1901 census living at 11 comber st, pottinger, down, His younger son is 14 on this census andrew so i thought i would try & find the marriage of john i went on 1881 census & it came up with one of the sons thomas owens, one of the sons born 1876  father john owens & his wife elizabeth laverie on the census his wife is elizabeth? 50 but thats all i can find,

          I would like to help but I have no idea what you are looking for. In Ireland there is no 1881 census still extant  so what are you refering to?

If you want help it's best to explain exactly what you are looking for and writing proper nouns correctly also helps make your posts easier to read. If you've found the family in the census it would be nice to provide a link to it so we don't have to search for the entry again.

In 1911 the family are living at 11 Comber St.-

Hi sorry it was the 1881 mormans  english census & all i want is the fathers wife elizabeth who as i have looked all over but can not find any elizabeth laverie, But i will have a look at the lds,

1881 census for where? the 1881 Irish census does NOT survive.
