Thank you John it has been very usefull information and it been nice to remember those who did fight in the war,  looking into my tree i found 2 others who also were in ww1 but not so lucky to make it home, so very sad.
in my investigations i found Sarah as Sarahnna but did not know here maiden name was Infield and now i know ware it came from so thanks again, i also have Jabez's father as John  thanks Andrew
