Merchant Navy burials in Capetown?

My uncle was in the Merchant Navy.  I believe that he is buried in South Africa ( Capetown probably)  and date of Death may have been circa 1932.

Does anyone know how I could trace details about him.   He was probably employed by a Liverpool company.

His name was Arthur Hughes.
