Halifax could have just been the port of arrival and then she could have travelled onward to Torono/Ontario.

Found what looks to be Sarah Heath in 1901 census-
Toronto, West York, Ontario:
Sarah Heath, single, born 20 Mar.1872 India, age 29, Church of England, asst. cook

Plus the ships manifest says Halifax via Toronto....i didnt see that as it was hand written down the side of the sheet....n
