Census lookup for TURNBULL please

I have two dashing young princes ready with glass slippers for blushing brides in Northumberland:-

Robert Turnbull b 22 Aug 1837 chr 17 Dec at Elsdon

Thomas Turnbull b 11 Feb 1851 chr 20 Apr at Otterburn Presbyterian

They both seem to be the children of John Turnbull and Isabella Temple. On the 1851 census, Thomas is one month old but there is another son called Robert who was born c1848. It would seem that the Robert born in 1837 died before the 1841 census was taken.

This is very valuafle information that much strengthens my notes (correcting the birth of father John) which have:

Children of John Turnbull b 1809 Birdhope Craig and Isabella Temple include:-

Robert b 1837
Robert b 1848
Thomas b 1851

so the first Robert Died and they tried again.

So two eliginle bachelors remain seeking brides.

This looks like the same family in 1861. Thomas is not with them and it seems as if he might also have died at some time between 1851 and 1861. The age of John, on this and other documents, suggests that he was born c1816.
