Hello Angie, yes just checked and you are quite right was a mistake on my part, I have confused it with the entry immediately below in the register where the childs parents were of Gray Eagle Street. Jacques Street/ James Street was in Bethnal Green hamlet rather than Spitalfields, which matches the info given on the later marriage also placing the Boutefoy family in that area.
