Hi keyboard86

Thanks for that info I will check out the census, seems highly likely, poor Letty she would have been 39 years old, must be something about the Waters females a lot of them died in their 30s and 40s,

cheers Toby01

Hiya

James and Letitia (Letty) are my gggg grandparents. They had a son Daniel (one of 5) who is my g.g.g Grandfather. He married Caroline Emberson in 1859 in Thurrock. He moved there to work on the railways. Subsequent generations ended up in Barking (also for work reasons apparently).

I didn't know anything about the Halstead correction place but me and my family are meeting up with another long lost Waters cousin in April 2012. She is coming over from New Zealand and like my mum, seems to have done an awful lot of family history research!

Jennifer
