Hi

I have just joined this site and this is my first message.

I am trying to find the baptism of my 3rd great grandfather William Jordan Rice Watson born in Berbice around 1849, all I know is his father was Jordan Watson.

I understand Ancestry produced a disk of the baptisms but I cannot find a copy even on Ebay. 

Does anyone know where I can find any info ?

Part of my research is in British Guiana, and BMD records are incredibly difficult to find, if not downright near impossible. Apparently there was a fire in their records office in the 1940's, and a lot of records were lost.

Thanks for your message, I will keep searching for the Ancestry disc as it is supposed to have the full parish records on it, I cannot believe that nobody has it on Ebay.
