1683 Will, Old Brampton
« on: Sunday 28 November 10 06:17 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to find out if George Fricknell, who died at Old Brampton, Derbyshire in 1683, left a will. I've checked the National Archives site to no success. I'm hoping that George will have left a will, since it would hopefully note all his children (the parish register seems to not include them all). I know that one of his 'possible' children did leave a will (in Notts).

I don't know how to go about finding out if he did leave a will - being on the opposite side of the world and not able to get to the Derbyshire Records Office...so any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Thank you for the link, Carol. I could not spot George unfortunately, but that site will be helpful when looking for other relatives, so thanks!
