The IGI finds 2 other Bradley children christened to Thomas and Phoebe at Kingswinford:
John, 9 Jan 1831
Joseph, 8 Jun 1828

I found john, joseph and elizabeth on the IGI after your information.
She was born 1825.
the family should be on a census. they were in Kingswinford.
