Missing from 1911 census
« on: Saturday 11 December 10 20:37 GMT (UK) »
My grandmother, married name Mary Corbett, appears nowhere on the 1911 census. She lived many years right up to her death in 1952 in 15 Percy St Jarrow Co. Durham. On looking at the ennumerators book on Ancestry for 1911 it clearly shows Corbett living at this address and Mr Fletcher in the lower flat No 17.Mary would have been 39 and have Georgina 10, William 8 and Harry 5. Grandfather was a marine engineer and was probably at sea at the time. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated

Try looking under Mary Corbete, she is there at 15 Percy along with George Edward, Georgina, William Caruthers and Harry

Hi Aberdain  :)

I'm not sure how you searched but have you tried an address search.
