Treasured wartime photo of Dad-BEAUTIFULLY COMPLETED BY YOU LOVELY PEOPLE

Hello
Today I found two missing photos that I thought had gone forever.  Santa has come early    (I almost cried when I found them!)
This one was taken either in Egypt or Libya c1944.  I am transcribing a diary kept by my father and would love eventually to be able to identify the people either side of him.
Any improvement - removing the crease etc - would be wonderful.

A thank you just isn't enough Carolyn - you have worked your magic once again.  When the old snapshots got mislaid there was a real sense of loss thinking they had gone forever. Now I am sitting here with a big smile on my face - Happy Christmas and bless you

Strange seeing colour Artistic    After years of seeing it in black and white I never thought about colour  And yes it is camouflage netting behind them!

The netting behind is called....scrimnet! lol...

There were no "theatre greens" in WW2 I'm afraid...They have but khaki drill on...Light sand coloured trousers....

In fact I have originals of the thetre gowns and the trousers with me here...And the rest of the kit they would have...
