OK,

So we believe it's Armagh, but are waiting on some information relating to the death certificate.  If the death cert is for the fellow we have recently found, then apparently he was born in TRYO, so presuming this mean Co Tyrone.

The 3 kids all have Armagh down as their birthplace.  I have found a marriage for a Thomas Harrold & Margaret Durcan in Armagh. Have found, but haven't checked it out a birth in 1798 for a Margaret Durkan in Co Armagh.

Thanks for your help  :)

I would stick to Co. Armagh and maybe neighbouring townlands and parishes, rather than looking at other parts of Ireland... even if you did find possible records elsewhere, linking them to your Harrold family could be very difficult.
