Cemetary query Salome and Ann Clarke

Hi,
I am trying to find out about my elusive ancestors again:

I am still non the wiser, so thought tracking down Salome and Ann's burials may help. I can't find Salome on the NFHS burial parish register. Salome died around 1888 and Ann around 1895-she may have been buried Aug 1895 at St Catherines-the disk says she lived at Carrington Street (I suppose her death cetificate would clarify this).
I noticed there is a similar thread on here asking about what cemetaries relatives could be buried in. As I can't seem to find Salome on my disk, where could she have been buried?
I was also interested in the Jewish cemetary as I read on the other thread alot of Jews lived around Clare Street and there is a burial of possibly Salome's father, Joseph, in 1837 who lived on Clare Street (however he was buried at St Mary's)-how would I find out more about burials there? I'm trying to cover every avenue!
Thanks.
