Danish translation of marriage certificate

Can anyone help me with this marriage certificate.  The groom is Soren Madsen and his wife is Magdalene Hermansen but I cannot read/understand the rest of it.  Are the numerals under their names their ages by any chance?  It is the column to the right of the page break that I'd really like to decipher.  The heading of that column is "Forloyerne" ?? or something similar.
