Hello again- back to normal now with the thread.  ;)

I would send for that marriage certificate:
Jun 1859  Walsall  6B 757
Malachi Greaham and Mary Cunningham

if I were you as it would give you Malachi's father's name.

I have already posted the 1851 census details for what may be the three brothers.
Here is 1861
1861  RG9; Piece: 2139; Folio: 81; Page: 16
9 Court 8 Communication Row Birmingham

Malachi Greham head 25 ys Smith's striker b Ireland
Mary Greaham wife 23 ys b Ireland
John Greaham son 11 months b Darlaston
Susan Cunningham visitor 18 ys b Ireland

That's how the spellings are in the census.

It looks as though Darlaston had quite ann Irish community - these names all seem to connect with the place.
Looking at 1861 - RG9; Piece: 2009; Folio: 117; Page: 3
there is a Susan also there with parents Michael and Ann Cunningham. She is aged 20 -not the same as the visitor but it may be the same person registered twice. It is a large family.
Place of birth looks like Collon, Ireland  :-\

A possible family member in a later census has Clare as a birthplace.

1851 HO107; Piece: 2021; Folio: 126; Page: 15
has the same family- with daughter Mary b c 1838 - which would fit with Malachi's wife Mary.
Again- the marriage certificate would give you her father's name.

Hello again,

I will post the 1851 again in full as you requested in your pm - maybe someone will recognise something you never know!

1851 HO107; Piece: 2020; Folio: 220; Page: 35
Clarks Lane Willenhall

Jeremiah Petty 30 ys Labourer Agr b Ireland Glenco...
Mary Petty 25 ys  -do- wife b Ireland Glenco...
Ann Petty 4 ys b Ireland Glencor...
George Petty 2 ys b Staffordshire Darlaston
Elizabeth Petty 3 mths b STaffs Willenhall
George Pettyservant 21 ys labourer  b
Elizabeth Petty servant 16 ys labourer at coal pit b Ireland Glen Corr..
Job Petty servant 14 ys labourer Coal Mine
John Greaham brother in law 23 ys collier
Michael Greaham brother in law 21 ys  Collier
Malichi Greaham brother in law 15 ys Coaker

All Pettys and Greahams are shown as born Glen Cor...- transcribed as Glen Corsett. Unfortunately, the writing has a big tick against the end of the birthplace name. However, as regards Jeremiah there is definitely a 'i' towards the end.

Not sure if I already said this - Family Search has a baptism for a Job Petty 1853 to Jeremiah P and Maria Graham

Here is another Petty family with Grahams (already mentioned but here in full)

1861  RG9; Piece: 2010; Folio: 100; Page: 1
Bottom of Eldon Street Darlaston

Dominick Petty head 50 ysLabourer in Colliery b Ireland
Elizabeth Petty wife 48 ys b Ireland
Job Petty son 19 ys Lock Filer (?) b England
Thomas Petty son 17 ys Key Stamper b England
Rebecca Petty daur 24 ys b Ireland
Michael Graham boarder 25 ys Coal nMiner b Ireland
Marlia Graham boarder 22 ys Coal Miner b Ireland
**Marlia looks like Martin

These Pettys are related surely - perhaps brothers? Both Jeremiah and Dominick have children called Job (Jeremiah's son b 1853) and there was a Job staying with Jeremiah in 1851.
However, I can't find these Pettys in 1851 or after 1861 which makes me wonder if
Job is the same person. :-\ and perhaps Rebecca/Elizabeth ?

Going back to the original query re Glencorrib- very hard to find on a map but looking on web - (through a house for sale  ::)) it seems to be around Bunnafollistran.
http://glencorrib.shrule.com/

Looking at Griffiths valuation, there are 3 entries for Jeremiah Petty at Kilkilvery Parish, Galway and 2 other entries.
Kilkilvery
Glennagarraun
Lodge
Bunnaconeen
These 3 places all seem to be around each other and what is very interesting is that (according to a google map) they are just 7km or so away from Bunnafollistran - (Glencorrib).
I haven't looked at the other entries for a Jeremiah Petty in Griffiths

Hi Corvid,

glad you got here - you probably pressed 'quote' instead of reply.
If you press the reply button, you will get a white box which you can type your message in.
Then press post.

good luck
